Dancing For Birth™ prenatal and postnatal classes teach a “language of movement” specially designed for pregnant women and mothers wearing their babies in soft slings or front packs. The moves incorporated in Dancing For Birth™ classes are inspired by traditional feminine world dances such as Bellydance, Latin and African dances. Weekly classes (or private tuition) combine dance moves along with valuable childbirth preparation skills. You'll become stronger, more agile, more at ease with your body and be both mentally and physically ready to embrace your unique birth experience.
